34 weeks....Does he has a sharp nose?

I am in my 34th weeks now.... 6 more weeks to go.... though i would hope for it that it will come out in 3-4 weeks from now. However, it seems unlikely now... I went to the gynae today and he did not mention that my baby may come out earlier or that my baby is growing too big/fast (which often the gynae will induce the baby to come out earlier). What more, Dr Ang asked me to visit him in 3 weeks time.

As of today, Baby Vernon is weighing at 2kg, which is on the average weight. However, to me it seems to be alittle on the low side. But i guess it will reach 3kg if i give him 6 more weeks. 3kg seems reasonable weight for a baby.

Today, I have a photo to show... a 3D photo of my baby's face though it is not crystal clear. Does he looks like having a sharp nose? Both andy and I feel that the baby seems to have a sharp bridge, and hope that he will take after me in terms of nose. : )


We bought CDs of Nursery Rhymes and some classical music for our baby too as people says that baby can hear very clearly whatever that is outside the womb from the 8th month. Think i rather late in exposing him to more music and nursery rhymes, but too late is better than never. :P

at 32 weeks

Today marks my 32 weeks - i.e. 8 months now.. Baby may come out anytime from now, though my due date is about 1 and the half months away. The past few weeks have been busy preparing for baby's arrival.. From buying bedsheets, toiletries, bibs, cloth diapers....among many other things... to fixing them up...(of course not me, but my hubby).... and washing the loads of clothes, cloth diaper, bedsheets of the baby once... (Hand wash, mind you).... and ironing them. .... packing them into order. It is rather tedious, given that i have to handwash at least about 20 clothes, 40 cloth diapers and ironing practically everything of them. ( i dont' even iron my own or hubby clothes).. but it is rather enjoying..

The wall border is put up painstakingly for 2 hours by andy and his brother. It has "little blue car" and "little red car". very cute, i like it. and hope baby like it too. : )

Generally, I guess we are prepared in the "infrastructure". Mental preparation, i think it is our next step. Be prepared for labour process, the aftermath in taking care of myself, adjusting our time.. and learning the skills to take care of our infant... not sure how it will be, but i guess shouldn't be too big an issue.

I am pretty upset that my thighs have grew very big and i am very fat. This was just taken yesterday. Need lots of exercise after birth!!!!
