Inquisitive Boy... Not Inquisitive Monk yet
My little boy did not become a little monk (did not shave his head and eyebrow= supposed to help in growing nicer hair in the future) because there is one lump at his skull. Lumpy and soft, seems to have fluid inside. Nobody really knows what is it, and why is it there, even 2 doctors. However, the best guess that the 2 doctors gave is due to the fact that he is vacummed out. It probably be a healing bruise... very common for a few weeks vacummed baby, but not close to 2 months... but luckily, after 1 week, his head is back to normal.
But i guess we will postpone the symbolic cut to his 3rd month bday... :p
My little boy is also very explorative. His eyes will be searching around, looking around for new things... especially when we are out. During an outing yesterday to Robinsons Centrepoint, he kept himself awake though it probably should be his sleeping time... inquisitive boy i must say. Thus, i decided to expose him to books now...even if it doesn't develop his cognitive thinking, i felt that it will at least develop his liking for books... hehehe..
I went to National Library to borrow some baby books just to show him the pictures, makes some simple notes about the picture.... He really seems to enjoy a particular book, "Old Macdonald"(which it is the song, Old Macdonald had a farm......had a pig, etc)...He keeps staring at it, and will make "coo" sound asking you to flip the book... and he really like it. HOwever, he doesn't have much reaction to another 2 baby books i showed him...
Cute right, little baby at the young age of 0 years and 2months also have preferences and liking...
